Outsourcing, together with the Software Factory, is the ideal tool to optimize the IT area, as well as being the better cost-benefit relation to add efficiency and productivity.

Outsourcing can be of two types:

• In-site: Resources physically work in the provider offices, but are 100% assigned to the client.
• Offsite: Resources physically work in the offices of the client.

Resource management can be carried out by the Client or the provider, in the same manner that it can be mixed by combining management on both sides.
